Last Christmas, I took on the project December Daily by Ali Edwards. The project is documenting each day in December in a mini-book. You make the mini-book ahead of time, and then fill in the book as December lumbers on, focusing on classic Christmas memories and feelings.
I was keeping up with the days, and filling in each with photos and details. But the ironic part is that I never finished December 24 or 25, the culmination of the entire month.
So my book sat for a year, unfinished. Until after I cleaned up my scrap room and I was motivated to finish.
Looking back, I definitely would have done things differently, but really enjoyed it. Next time, I'll only do two pages per day (this time I technically did four). And try and focus on one photo per day. For this one, I did a lot of work in photoshop which took up a lot of time.
Here are the rest of the pages! For the first half of the book, you can see them here: December Daily.
